What is the period of return of my orders?

You as a buyer may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order, we provide our "Customer Service" service to process any questions or requests in this regard.

Do I have to pay return charges?

As long as you have communicated to the "Customer Service" department, the shipping costs incurred in returning one or more items will be borne by us if the items are defective or you have received a wrong order. In any other case, they will be in your charge.

What do I do if I want to return a product?

If your order is within the deadline, to make the return you must contact our "Customer Service" service.

Within 24 hours from the notification of the return our carrier will contact you to coordinate the collection in the place indicated in the return form.

How do I have to prepare my return?

Take the original box that came home. Add the purchase receipt you received to the bottom of the box. Returns or exchanges are not accepted outside the online store. VIGAR will only accept returns that have followed the established procedure.

How should I do it if the amount of my return is incorrect?

By contacting our "Customer Service" service, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the set deadline or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
